The HT Group is currently seeking a dynamic administrative assistant for fast and growing company in Beaumont! Job duties to include: Greet and direct visitors, answer and route all telephone calls. Maintain and keep up-to-date all files. Handle project oriented duties and complete in a timely manner. Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions. Must confirm to policies and procedures set forth by the company. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must have good organizational skills. Must be able to type 40 wpm. Must be proficient in a Windows environment (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook). Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good client relationships. Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment. Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (telephone system, copier, printer, fax etc). Must be dependable and be able to work independently. Perform other duties as assigned. Must have 2 years verifiable administrative experience. Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-12pm.
