This position REQUIRES Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Project Management experience.
Minimum 3 years' Experience REQUIRED in:
Digital Marketing:
Strategically driving digital initiatives that drive sales and deliver business results.
Responsible for expanding our digital footprint and improving the online experience for our users.
Effectively reaching our target audience by driving media plans, driving SEO, collaborating to plan digital marketing campaigns, improving web performance, as well as driving email marketing, social media, influencers, and display advertising.
Collaborates for the planning and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging.
Increasing our Digital Lead Generation through paid media, website, and database management.
Driving Organic Growth through social media management, influencer marketing, email marketing, and promoting our brand reputation.
A general understanding of corporate budgeting related to marketing is required along with some experience collaborating with leaders in budgeting conversations and decision making.
Graphic Design & Desktop Publishing:
Graphic Design skill sets and experience at an intermediate level (not a beginner's level).
Collaborating to create consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points, including advertising, website involvement, and social media.
Graphic design includes sourcing and developing content and visual collateral for campaigns.
Must Have:
Experience working with printing the design end product, which means knowing how to properly scale design documents and manage the printing process and the printer for publishing (or working with a printing company when needed).
Project Management including:
High level of independent time management, calendar management through Outlook, Email management, and on-time deliverables in incremental phases within a multi-project environment.
Ability to efficiently and effectively manage communications and meetings for productive outcomes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with CEO, leaders, and other team members.
Experience tracking projects and preparing status reports for stakeholders.
Compensation
Summary:
$50, 500.
00 annual (Salaried, Exempt) Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time.
Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay.
It can be more or less than $560 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
