This is not a tax credit or section 8 property.
It is a 100-unit market rent property.
Must be able to:
-Market to potential prospect -Sell the property to persons interested in leasing.
Must have strong sales skills.
-Resolve conflicts with unhappy residents -Cordinate maintenance repairs -Have a strong understanding of technology.
We use a lot of computer-based technology - Answering phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Managing and coordinating property maintenance requests using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Performing data entry tasks to update tenant information and maintain accurate records - Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management - Negotiating lease agreements and handling contract renewals - Upselling additional services or amenities to tenants when appropriate - Managing the office, including organizing files, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a clean and professional environment
Experience:
-Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective data entry and file management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with tenants and negotiating contracts - Proficiency in using Resman software or similar systems for property maintenance tracking - Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners Note:
