The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powersports parts and a passion for customer service.
The Parts Manager will be responsible for ordering, stocking, and managing the inventory of parts for our dealership.
They will also be responsible for providing technical support to customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all parts are ordered in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels and order new parts as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all parts and supplies.
Ensure that all parts are properly stored and handled.
Develop and implement procedures for receiving, stocking, and distributing parts.
Provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
Manage the purchasing of parts from vendors.
Negotiate with vendors to get the best price for parts.
