Maintenance & Facilities Manager
Job DescriptionAs our Maintenance and Facilities Manager you'll play a critical role with the Veolia Water Technologies Solutions, Beaumont, TX manufacturing site's maintenance vision, strategy and execution.
Your mission will be to establish a world-class maintenance organization with superior asset reliability and uptime to enable a safer, more profitable and increasingly more competitive manufacturing site.
By proactively pursuing improvement opportunities, making data-based decisions, establishing measurable and repeatable performance to maximize production efficiency, cost and improvement targets in a sustainable manner.

Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of safety first by setting the example and implementing preventative measures- Develop and lead a site Vision & Mission for Maintenance with partnership of the operational teams- Execute a world-class, preventive/predictive maintenance framework and best-practices sitewide- Foster a partnership culture with the operations teams focused on serving the site operations, implementing sustainable improvements to maximize machine uptime/Overall Equipment Efficiency and continuous improvement of maintenance practices and fundamentals.
- Implement best practices related to trouble-shooting, root-cause investigation, countermeasure implementation, preventive/predictive maintenance activities.
Manage the site maintenance budget (planning and execution of Maintenance Operational Plan).
Oversee team member training completion and complianceCore
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree (manufacturing or engineering discipline) or equitable experienceo 5
years of hands-on operational experience/leading others and executing maintenance initiatives.
o Influencing and coaching skillsBonus Points (a plus but not necessary)o TPM, Reliability Center Maintenance experienceo Capital planning experienceo Lean manufacturing experience is a plusSDL2017 Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Coaching And Mentoring Lean Manufacturing Maintenance Manufacturing Predictive Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
