Answer incoming calls and offer appointment windows with requested lead time.
Maintain a required call count to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Maintain complete and accurate information in the client database.
Work with CSR Department and Service Manager to schedule service calls and debrief technicians.
Promptly reports unresolved issues or complaints to CSR Manager.
Provide assistance to other team members to achieve department and company goals.
Assist in covering lunch breaks with other team members.

Minimum Job Requirement Include:
Minimum of 1 years prior experience in a dispatch/customer service role.
Ability to read a map and geographical knowledge of Texas and Louisiana service area.
Intermediate computer skills.
Exceptional customer service skills Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
