Quick Apply Full-time 8 hours ago Full Job Description Under general supervision, but in conformance with established policies and procedures, provides a variety of customer service functions, such as processing savings account, checking account, and loan transactions; cashing checks, processing mail deposits, maintaining account records, and so forth.
Also, redeems savings bonds and handles cash advances.
Is responsible for providing high quality customer service, cross-selling bank services, and balancing the bank's daily activities and totals.
Lobby Service Representative:
Performs a broad variety of customer services such as opening new checking, savings and certificate accounts, and answering questions concerning services provided by the bank.
Cross-sells services, performs a variety of account maintenance, opens consumer loan applications, new deposit and time accounts.
Maintains all records pertaining to IRA's and performs related customer service and routine clerical duties.
Addresses account specific questions.
The individual will be responsible for delivering high quality servicing while promoting the utilization of our products.
