Commission Duties - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Experience - Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a related industry - Strong account management and business development skills - Excellent sales and negotiation abilities - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Exceptional customer service skills As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, developing relationships with new and existing accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
You will present products or services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
The ability to provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process is essential.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
