We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies - Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs - Stock and maintain supply rooms - Follow all health and safety regulations Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning and custodial duties - Knowledge of floor care including buffing and maintenance - Ability to maintain industrial cleaning standards - Understanding of facilities maintenance procedures - Strong attention to detail in cleaning tasks -Being bilingual is a plus.
